Make Money from Your Stuff: Turn Your Things into Ad Space

BrandMyX is a marketplace that lets you earn money from things you already own. You photograph an object, draw a box on the photo where a sticker could go, and brands bid real money to put their logo there. You approve every logo before it touches your stuff. A real vinyl sticker goes on, you photograph the proof, and the money lands in your account. Free to list. No card needed.

How it works (3 steps)

  1. 1. List your object. Take a photo of anything you own. Draw a box on the photo where a sticker would fit. Set a price. Publish it. That takes about two minutes.

  2. 2. Brands bid on the space. Your listing goes live in the marketplace. Brands see your object and bid real money for the sticker spot. The price goes up as more people bid. Or a brand buys it instantly at your buy-now price.

  3. 3. Approve, stick, get paid. The winning brand submits their logo. You look at it. If you want it on your stuff, you approve it. Stripes prints the vinyl and sends it or you print it yourself. Stick it on, upload a photo, and 72 hours later the money lands in your account.

What kind of stuff works best

The best objects for BrandMyX are things brands already put stickers on. Laptops are the most obvious one. Water bottles, bike frames, car doors, guitar cases, skateboards, fridges, suitcases, gym bags. Anything with a flat-ish surface that people see in public.

You do not need a perfect surface or a pristine object. Real people own real things with scratches and wear. That is what makes the ad space feel real instead of staged.

A single object can have multiple spots on it. A laptop lid, a water bottle front and back, a car door. Each spot is a separate chance to earn. And once a campaign ends, that spot opens up again.

Questions people actually ask

How much money can you make from your stuff on BrandMyX?

It depends on the object and the brand. Some spots sell for a few pounds, others go for more. The current median price across all sales is publicly shown on the site because it changes as the marketplace grows. There is no minimum earnings promise. What matters more than the price per spot is that a single object can have multiple spots on it, and a spot that sells once can be listed again after the campaign ends.

How do I get paid for putting a sticker on my stuff?

Photograph your object, draw a box where a sticker could go, set a starting price or buy-now price, and publish the listing. Brands bid on the spot. When one wins, Stripe holds the payment. You receive or print the winning logo, stick it on, upload a photo of it in place, and after a 72-hour dispute window the money lands in your bank account via Stripe.

What objects can I list?

Anything you own that a brand would want to be seen on. Laptops, water bottles, bike frames, car doors, guitar cases, skateboards, fridges, suitcases, gym bags. If you own it and it has a flat-ish surface big enough for a sticker (up to 28 by 19 cm), it can be listed.

Do I have to put any sticker on my stuff?

No. You approve the exact logo before anything ships. If a brand wins the bid, they submit their artwork. You see it first. If you do not want that logo on your object, you do not have to accept it. The sale falls through and the bidder is not charged.

Is there a fee for listing?

Listing is completely free. No card needed, no upfront payment. BrandMyX only takes a 20% cut when a piece of ad space actually sells and the money pays out. The first 10 listers get 10% for life instead of 20%.

Who can list on BrandMyX?

Anyone in the UK, US, Canada, or Switzerland can list an object. That is because Stripe payouts are limited to those countries right now. Brands can be anywhere in the world.
